International Shipping

We ship worldwide! However, please note we cannot deliver to some remote areas in Asia. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.

Our Return Policy

  • Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your items
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original Packaging: Must include original packaging and packing slip

How to Return an Item – 3 Simple Steps

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our customer care team at [email protected] with the following information:

Email Content Must Include:

  • Order Number
  • Date of Purchase
  • Item(s) to Return (Product Name and Size)
  • Reason for Return
  • Preferred Resolution (Refund or Exchange)
  • Your Name and Phone Number

Step 2: Package Your Items

Once your return is approved, please ensure:

  • Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags are attached
  • Items are in their original packaging
  • Include the original packing slip or order confirmation

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt until your return is processed.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days to inspect returned items
  • Refund Issuance: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • Total Timeline: Typically 8-15 business days from when we receive your return

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, JCB – refunded to your card
  • PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Follow the same return process above, specifying your exchange preference in your email.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Bodysuits (if the hygiene seal is broken)
  • Briefs and Boyshorts (if the original packaging is opened)
  • Final Sale Items (clearly marked in our “Back in Stock” and clearance sections)

Defective items will be replaced with the same product, subject to inspection and availability.

International Returns

International returns are accepted following the same policy. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties.
